1. What is InkFolk.in? InkFolk.in is a design-led brand that creates custom printed products made to order. Every piece is printed specifically for you after you place an order.
2. How long does delivery take? Processing usually takes 2–5 business days, followed by 5–10 business days for shipping and delivery.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, we offer COD on eligible orders and pincodes within India.
4. Can I change or cancel my order? Cancellations are only possible BEFORE your order moves into the printing stage. Once production starts, we cannot modify the order.
5. What is your return policy? Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products reported within 5 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for size errors or change of mind.
